St. Leu is a two bedroomed cottage situated on the edge of Lencouacq, in the heart of the Landaise forest - the largest in Europe.
Time has stood still here and you will find the area exceptionally tranquil, and the air exceptionally clean, with an unrivalled abundance of fauna and flora.
The house was refurbished in 2002 and has all the modern conveniences, including central heating and a fireplace for winter rentals - logs in abundance.

Accomodation consits of 2 bedrooms, dining room, lounge, modern bathroom and kitchen.
An outside kitchen, utility room is available for the summer months when cooking inside can be a little oppressive.
Outside is a patio, eating area, bordered by the forest and a garden.


Bedrooms are tastefully furnished with linen provided, comfortable mattresses and air conditioning.

The lounge is equipped with 2 sofas (1 sofa bed), television, DVD, Hi-Fi, books, games, videos, cd's, although you will rarely be inside we think.

The dining room has sufficient space for 6 people to enjoy the excellent local produce or can be used for an intimate, candlelit dinner for 2 by the log fire.

The bathroom is modern with bath, excellent shower, sink, WC. Water not charged.

The kitchen is very modern, gas equipped single oven-hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, and equipped for gastronauts for every possible gadget.

Outside and ultility. A washing machine, tumble dryer, cooker and food preparation area are all incorporated adjacent to the patio, gazebo for eating "al fresco".
